These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Artist in Residence website at airartbox.com and your purchase of any products or subscriptions from us. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Artist in Residence is a family-owned business based in Anthem, Arizona, operated by Cathy Rae and Jamie Stutzer. We can be reached at airartbox@gmail.com or 623-249-8189.

• All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We accept [INSERT ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS].
• By placing an order, you confirm that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method.
• Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. The price charged for your order will be the price displayed at the time of purchase.
• Sales tax will be applied where required by law.

• Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis until you cancel, pause, or skip.
• You may cancel, pause, or skip your subscription at any time through your account. Changes made before your next billing date will take effect for the following cycle.
• Subscription fees are charged at the beginning of each billing cycle. We do not offer refunds for subscription charges once a billing cycle has begun.
• We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with advance notice to subscribers.

• We ship to all 50 states via USPS. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
• You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
• Artist in Residence is not responsible for delays caused by USPS or other circumstances outside our control.
• Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
• Local pickup is available for customers in the Anthem and Phoenix area. See our Locals Only page for details.

• Because our products contain consumable art supplies, we are unable to accept returns on opened boxes or kits.
• If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, contact us within [7 days] of delivery at airartbox@gmail.com and we will make it right.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun. If you have questions about your subscription, reach out and we'll do our best to help.

• It is the responsibility of the purchaser to confirm that their homeschool funding program approves the purchase of Artist in Residence products before placing an order.
• Artist in Residence is not responsible for reimbursement disputes between customers and their homeschool funding programs.

All content on the Artist in Residence website, including text, images, logos, and video tutorials, is owned by Artist in Residence or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

Our products and website are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that our website will be error-free or uninterrupted.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Artist in Residence shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions, or to any purchase from Artist in Residence, shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered in Phoenix, Arizona, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. Any dispute not subject to arbitration shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
